About Us

Refund Policy

Payments made are refundable in the event of cancellation.
Cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment to receive full refund, or they can be rescheduled at no charge.
Cancellations made later than 24 hours prior to appointment are non-refundable.
If we cancel your appointment, you will receive full refund, or a free 30 minute upgrade to the re-scheduled service.

Service providers are compensated per service, therefore, cancellations not provided in a timely manner impact their income and can not be replaced.

Late Policy

We will make reasonable effort to accommodate late arrivals whenever possible .
If there are no further existing clients for the day, you will be able to receive your full session time.
If there are pre scheduled appointments following your booked appointment session, we will be unable to extend the appointment past its originally scheduled time. (Doing so makes the therapist late for all further clients on the day)
Arrivals of more than 20 minutes past scheduled appointment time will be considered as a forfeited appointment, and would be non refundable.

How often should I get a massage?

The frequency of your massage sessions will depend on your individual needs and preferences. Some clients come in weekly, while others come in monthly or as needed.

How much should I tip?

Tipping is optional, but always appreciated.

Do you offer prenatal massage?

Yes, we offer prenatal massage for expecting mothers ( past 12 weeks) to help relieve stress and discomfort during pregnancy.

Can I book a couples massage?

We do not offer couples massages at this time.

Do I have to get naked?

Your comfort is of the utmost importance. You can undress accordingly.

You will be fully covered, tucked in safely. If you leave on clothing, (socks / underwear) this is considered a boundary and no hands on work will occur in that area.

Your therapist will discuss any areas of avoidance with you prior to every treatment.

Can I bring my child?

Children are not allowed, as we can not provide appropriate supervision for them.

Can I get a service after working out?

Yes. Please arrive showered, as a courtesy to your therapist, and for hygenic reasons.

There are several lounges for you to spend time in, as well as a kitchen, should you choose to hang around.

There are also numerous holistic health services offered on sight to compliment your treatment!
